Niagra Dam, fantastic, its like a Mars landscape, beautiful quartz rocks everywhere. When its full its crystal clear water.it was abandoned in the 60's when the gold ran out and all the people moved away. Would like to be here when its full but then that means that it would be flooded everywhere, not keen on seeing that. Free camped here 2 nights, its so peaceful. Meet some gold fossicking guys, they lit a fire and invited us over, it was really nice listening to them explain how they find the gold.
Poor Athena all that rattling on the rough roads has loosen the curtain rail around my bed, I had to screw it back in again, the handle on the vent over the shower fell down, screwed that back and the lock on the garage door has come loose, had to replace the rusted screw. Hmmmmm a woman's work is never done, LOL
I'm fascinated by the deep red colour of these rocks.
Found some hearts, I now have 5, thankyou Sam.
